As a long-time real estate sales representative and broker, with over 20 years of selling experience, Katie provides expert advice on desirable properties and investments in the Halton district and GTA real estate markets.

Katie is passionate about providing the highest level of service while assisting her clients in every step of the process when selling or buying real estate properties.

Our listing fee is 1% for full-service representation. In most transactions, sellers also offer a cooperating commission to the buyer’s brokerage (typically 2–2.5%). Before you sign anything, we’ll walk you through every cost so you know exactly what to expect.

Absolutely. Our clients receive the same full-service experience, including professional marketing, expert negotiation, personalized guidance, and support from listing to closing. The difference isn’t the level of service, it’s that we’ve built a more efficient brokerage model that allows us to charge less while delivering exceptional results.

When you buy with Real Agency, you may qualify for a buyer rebate. On eligible purchases, we return a portion of the cooperating commission paid by the seller, allowing you to keep more money after closing. The rebate amount depends on the commission offered and the terms of your Buyer Representation Agreement and will always be confirmed in advance.

Every transaction is different, but here’s an example: on a $1,000,000 sale, choosing a 1% listing fee instead of 2.5% could leave approximately $15,000 more in your pocket before HST. We’ll happily prepare a personalized savings estimate for your property.
