Katie Davidson — Broker of Record
As a long-time real estate sales representative and broker, with over 20 years of selling experience, Katie provides expert advice on desirable properties and investments in the Halton district and GTA real estate markets.
Katie is passionate about providing the highest level of service while assisting her clients in every step of the process when selling or buying real estate properties.
In 2014, Katie developed a smarter commission program to help homeowners keep more of their equity when selling, and a rebate program when purchasing — an open, fair and transparent fee structure with hands-on personal attention, value-added services, and data-driven valuations.
