Common Questions

Questions, Answered.

Our listing fee is 1% for full-service representation. In most transactions, sellers also offer a cooperating commission to the buyer’s brokerage (typically 2–2.5%). Before you sign anything, we’ll walk you through every cost so you know exactly what to expect.

Everything you’d expect from a premium full-service brokerage, including professional photography, strategic pricing, staging guidance, MLS exposure, digital marketing, showing management, expert negotiation, and support through closing. You receive the same level of service, just at a lower listing fee.

Absolutely. Our clients receive the same full-service experience, including professional marketing, expert negotiation, personalized guidance, and support from listing to closing. The difference isn’t the level of service, it’s that we’ve built a more efficient brokerage model that allows us to charge less while delivering exceptional results.

When you buy with Real Agency, you may qualify for a buyer rebate. On eligible purchases, we return a portion of the cooperating commission paid by the seller, allowing you to keep more money after closing. The rebate amount depends on the commission offered and the terms of your Buyer Representation Agreement and will always be confirmed in advance.

Every transaction is different, but here’s an example: on a $1,000,000 sale, choosing a 1% listing fee instead of 2.5% could leave approximately $15,000 more in your pocket before HST. We’ll happily prepare a personalized savings estimate for your property.

Our team proudly serves Halton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Mississauga, Toronto, and communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Yes. Supporting medical professionals is one of our specialties. We help physicians and healthcare professionals buy, sell, lease, and secure properties for clinics, medical offices, and investments, providing guidance from property search through closing.

We’re intentionally boutique. You’ll work directly with an experienced broker, not be passed between multiple team members. By keeping our business efficient, we’re able to deliver premium service with a 1% listing fee.

We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between exceptional service and better value. Real Agency combines experienced, hands-on representation, innovative technology, and competitive pricing, helping you keep more of your equity without compromising the quality of your experience.

Not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with another brokerage. Buyer rebates are based on a cooperating commission of 2.5%; where the cooperating commission received is less than 2.5%, the rebate is adjusted accordingly.
